All orders must be placed via the website, which you can access here!

CAN YOU TELL ME A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR PROCESS?

I am only offering pick up from E.O.F. Studio for the time being. Please see below for information -

Wednesday Pick Up - Order by Monday at 5pm PST

Thursday Pick Up - Order by Monday at 5pm PST

Friday Pick Up - Order by Wednesday at 5pm PST

Saturday Pick Up - Order by Wednesday at 5pm PST

* Cake + Flower bundles must be ordered by Wednesdays @ 5 P.M. for Saturday pickup.*

Please be sure to pay attention to any special messages regarding delivery at the top of the website page. After huge flower holidays (i.e. Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day) there may be a delay in receiving flowers.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FLOWERS?

All orders will be ready after 11am on your pickup date You will receive an email confirmation alerting you when your order is ready. Please be sure to have your order number(s) ready when picking up.

*Cake + Flower orders can be picked up on Saturdays only.*

HOW DOES THE BI-WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Subscriptions are offered over the course of 2 months at a time. Subscription does not automatically renew. Your card will be charged every two weeks for a total of 6 times. The pickup date will occur on Fridays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, I don’t offer refunds. :)

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

At this moment, we are no longer offering our weekly deliveries.

*Please note that weddings and other special events fall under a different service for which I still delivery*
