WHERE DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
All orders must be placed via the website, which you can access here!
CAN YOU TELL ME A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR PROCESS?
I offer two weekday delivery dates, Wednesday & Friday. For Wednesday delivery/pickup, orders must be made by Monday at 5 p.m. For Friday delivery/pickup, orders must be made by Wednesday at 5 p.m. There are no same/next day deliveries/pickup offered. If you would like the delivery/pickup to occur on a specific Wednesday or Friday, please include in the note section along with your personal note.
Please be sure to pay attention to any special messages regarding delivery at the top of the website page. After huge flower holidays (i.e. Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day) there may be a delay in receiving flowers. Your order may be pushed to the next delivery date. Don’t worry, you will receive an email updating you with delivery/pickup information.
* Cake + Flower bundles must be ordered by Wednesdays @ 5 P.M. for Saturday delivery/pickup.*
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FLOWERS?
All deliveries will be made throughout the day, starting at 10 a.m on Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays. For all pickup orders, flowers will be ready after 11am on Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays.
When delivering, flowers will be left on the doorstep and you (the purchaser) will receive an email confirmation by end of day. We will ring the doorbell and/or knock and leave the flowers at your doorstep. If the delivery address is an apartment bldg, flowers will be left at front door of recipient if we can gain building access. If we are unable to access the bldg. one attempt to contact sender and recipient will be made and we will wait for no more than approximately 5 minutes for a response. If flowers are unable to be left with a neighbor or the front desk, please email either admin@esscentsofflowers.com or info@esscentsofflwoers.com if no new delivery plans were made via contact upon attempt. Flowers will be redirected to E.O.F. Studio if no arrangements are made.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FLOWERS GET SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If flowers are delivered to the wrong address and the mistake was on our end, we will do our best to rectify as soon as possible, We will keep you updated along the way.
If the flowers are delivered to the address input by the purchaser and it happens to be the wrong address, unfortunately we can’t promise the flowers can be picked up and re-delivered. You may contact admin@esscentsofflowers.com to talk through your options.
HOW DOES THE BI-WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Subscriptions are offered over the course of 2 months at a time. Subscription does not automatically renew. Your card will be charged every two weeks for a total of 6 times. The delivery/pickup will take place on one of our delivery days (Wednesday or Friday) depending on route.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No, I don’t offer refunds. I can always reroute your flowers to another address located in the delivery area or immediately notify us you would like to pick up from E.O.F. Studio.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
All deliveries must be within a 25 mile radius from E.O.F. Studio (329 17th Street, Oakland, Ca 94612). If there’s a delivery outside this area, your purchase will be canceled & refunded.
Cake + Flower orders are only delivered to Oakland only
